The hotel is perfectly situated in downtown Philadelphia, close to some great food options and within walking distance of historic attractions. The rooms offer a mix of lounge, office, and relaxation vibes, but can be a bit drafty at times. Overall, the cleanliness and tidiness are commendable.
The hotel's location was awesome, right in the heart of town and close to Universities. The rooms were decent, not eye-popping, but clean and well-sized with up-to-date furnishings. The service was very efficient in accommodating my friend's request for another room, but there was a rude encounter with a staff member. The dining experience was limited and not particularly nice, not allergy-friendly. The facilities were good, but with some issues.
The hotel rooms were smaller than expected but very clean and had all the essentials like microwaves, refrigerators, and a Keurig, which came in handy. The service was friendly overall, but receiving the invoice at 4 am under the door was a bit disruptive. The location was very good, right on Market St and just 5 minutes from City Hall. The dining options were limited, with no breakfast available, but they accommodated our family's eating needs. The facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.

The hotel offers clean and comfy rooms with a nice and clean bathroom. It has a small lobby and an average restaurant and bar. However, the rooms can get really hot regardless of the set temperature. The free internet access is a plus.
The hotel had a great location, within a 20-minute walk of historic attractions in Philadelphia. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The dining experience was satisfactory, although improvements could be made. The rooms were ready early but were a bit cold initially.
